Not every company can make every one of their products perfect every single time.
Its the same thing with the people that have a problem or 2 with a certain type of car, then say that they will never buy that make of car again. Like if i had trouble with a taurus and said i would never buy another ford product again. Theres alot of people out there that do this, and are ignorant for doing so. In a nutshell, no company is perfect, but some ARE worse than others. I'd suggest returning the TB and if the next one is bad too, then you can make the assumption that MAC sucks. But dont do it on just one experience, well unless you really want to that is
