- Redline MTL in the tranny. - Castrol Syntec 10-30 or 10-40 in the crankcase. Any other brand of synthetic will work just fine too. - Stock Motorcraft plugs, cap, and rotor. Unless there's a strong reason to change heat ranges on the plugs, I'd go with the stock heat range. I don't know the part nos. but the dealer can help. Yeah Motorcraft is more money but I believe the Ford quality is worth it.
