Thanks alot for the tips guys! I appreciate the advice. I'll make sure she's good and hot before I bring her in. Any ideas where I could get a new smog pump? My Uncle has one from a 85 Crown Vic Police car but it's a little sticky. Also, I wasn't aware that running lean meant running hotter. I read that it meant that your air/fuel ratio was more air than fuel and vice versa for running rich. In MA they won't take the car for failing or anything like that. I actually read into the law and if I spend over $300 in "repairs" than there is a possibility that I can get a waiver for life. I can't imagine that I would be running high emissions with all brand new parts and a mild cam similar to E-303...but you never know.
