![]() I've got an oil pan off of an 85 GT. It's just collecting dust in my garage. It's double sumped and I don't think you'll have any problems with it fitting in your 81. If you need it, just let me know.
As far as the tranny, if you go with the C-4, depending on the balance of the 302 in it, you may have to get an aftermarket flexplate as well. If it's an HO 302, then you will need a flexplate to fit the C-4 that's ballanced for the HO. If it's not an HO (28oz), then the factory flexplate for a C-4 will work fine. B&M makes an aftermarket one you can buy from Summit for around $100. Dave
