What kind of noise?? I would be suspect of a new pump that makes noise.

Is the plate on the back of the new pump??

It isn't a Discount Auto Part or similar pump is it??

The radiator isn't clogged?? Full of rust??

Just way too hot.

Do you have bubbles in radiator??

Does the system build up pressure real fast?? The upper hose get REAL hard with pressure??

Have you pulled plugs and checked for water on them?? Checked compression??

Does the smoke that comes out smell like coolant?? If you hold you hand in it by the tailpipe how does it feel??
