The only thing that I can think of is your fuel pump feed line. I was looking at your web site and i noticed that you are using a stock type pickup. A inline fuel pump should be gravity(sp) fed, inline pumps like to push not pull. When you are at WOT you may be starving the pump because it has to work so hard to get fuel.
