You can find the wires you are looking for with a test light from the local Wal-Mart or parts house. I would seperate the two powers for the guages, you don't want to be dragging down the power too much from the one wire, it could cause a blown in line fuse, which you may never find, dullness in the lighting of the guages and could affect the accuracy of the guage reading. i seperated all of mine and have had no problems.
