Yeah... brand new thermostat...ran it after install and it opened right when it should have. One thing I'm not too sure of though is whether the fan is coming on at the right time...I have a weird feeling it isn't. There is a cheesy little thermostat that runs the fan...that may be the culprit, but I haven't had a good chance to check it out yet. I'll let you know how I make out.
