I installed a set of Poly bushing in all my rear control arms last night. I had the rear end completely outta my car building it up for drag action so I had the arms off the car anyway. I used a torch to get the old ones out. just burnt them out. They could be pressed out with a vise or press but I like fire...... I used a HEFTY amount a grease to install the new ones, I put grease on the arms and on the bushing when I pushed them in. Had to use a hammer a little to get them in but they really wernt that hard to do.
