Get a Lincoln Mark VIII 80mm MAF, and have them recalibrate it for ANY size injector for like $125.
I had it done for the S-trim 30#, and then 3 years later for 42#. Flow specs: http://www.dariusrudis.com/mustang/stuff/pro-m_42.jpg
