Same kinda question. Your right, on the 94-95's they really are not adjustable like the pre-94's. Your could loosen up the screws and tap on it to change it sometimes, but very little. On my 92, I get 1.4 which is way off... Full scale is 1.4to 1.8 on the other end. Would .99 be in the middle somewhere, is it a linear scale?
