when ford integrated the airbag into the mustang in '90 they also changed the dash wiring the '90 up cluster won't work in an '87-'89 mustang but you can take the 140mph speedo out and make it fit but you will have to trim your old cluster a little bit to get it to fit right other than that you can't use the rest of it.
