that is a little slow for that setup with nitrous. although the altitude is high nitrous doesnt require alot of air. it supplies its own oxygen when heated. perhaps you need a little tuning. i would expect to get mid to low 12's up there. the best thing you can do is talk to the track locals that are fast and ask for tips.
