Didn't get the desired results!! Help!!

We have changed over to the 24 lb injectors and found much better throttle response. The timing was set at 8 initial is that not enough? mph were 104 and 60 ft times were 1.87 - 1.95. The altitude is a killer for sure but we have friends with alot less car running low 12's and high 11's on the 150 shot. It is a wet shot Nitrous Ex. kit. Should we consider 3.73 gears? thanks for all the info!!!!
