The stock 94/94 bellhousing is 5/8" deeper than the 86-93 models, this moves the trans rearward 5/8", and shortening the driveshaft 5/8" to provide clearence for the shifter in the console.
The transmission is the same length, but the input shaft is 5/8" longer on the 94-95 model.

If you get a 86-93 trans and swap a 94-95 input shaft, you can use your stock setup and it will fit fine.

If you swap in a 86-93 bell, 86-93 Driveshaft, 86-93 clutch fork, and a 86-93 trans, all of that will fit. This will of course make the shifter 5/8" closer to the firewall. What I cannot tell you is if that will be a big problem. The factory will look for more clearence than absolutley necessary due to production line ease of assy.
