![]() well, the heads are still in the boxes, i have not tried them yet. Car is apart undergoing major rebuild. But i can tell you what it ran before. I had a non roller stock 302 block, with stock heads, but bigger valves and mild porting on these heads. Had the RPM intake with 600 holley. and it ran a 13.50 at 102 mph. But that was with the stock 7.5, 2:73 gears. That was on just street radial tires. If it had better gears would have run much better. So yes the heads make all the difference in the world on these cars. Put some heads on yours with that cam and it should really wake it up. Look at the roush 200's. They seem to be a pretty good deal at $800. I got my aluminum holley's for $800 but that was a close out deal. Also the msd ignition made a difference on my car too. Made it much more responsive. I have had this car for 15 years so I have tried quite a few things on it, but the head are where its at for shure!
