Thats the craziest idea ive heard in a long time, but hey why not?!

I dont know if the 69 is longer or not but if it isnt you would only have to make the hood narrower which in theory isnt that hard.

If they are close enough to the same size i would think about getting your hands on a one piece fiberglass front end. Then fabricate your own mounts.

Or you could take the crude approach. Find a 69 cut the ENTIRE front off of both cars and just weld the frames together. Kinda ghetto, but hell it might work
