Yes they actually have this and it keeps the CPU at -35 C!!! Its like 600 bucks though. I cant remember the real name of it, my friend showeed it to me. Crazy
It's called the Prometeia nitrogen cooling system. You can read a review of it here. It's very expensive at around $780 US.
