When I was 16 I started to smoke a pack a day, but I created "Cam's program to stop smoking".
1. Buy a 26 oz. bottle of Rye. 2. Buy pack of Cigarettes 3. Smoke a puff 4. Take a swig 5. repeat until bottle is empty When the hang over is gone, notice complete adversion to cigarettes (and unfortunately Rye  )Although after several years, you can learn to love Rye again  |
