That's definately a possiblity too, if you have the cobra computer, you will need the cobra Mass air meter, or at least the Cobra sampling tube calibrated for your injectors, it is different from the other tubes no matter what size injector they are calibrated for. The wrong tube in the meter will send false readings of the amount of air that is being taken in and in return will not match the fuel needs, therefore loss of power. I have seen this problem before, find out which computer you have and be sure the meter is calibrated for you year model and meter size.
