Yeah, exactly what Dark_5.0 said. Why do you want to run such a big tire?
With a rearend that is stock width, a 10" rim usually has a 6.5 backspace. You'll need to do a little clearancing on the inners. I took me about 20 minutes to do both of mine. Andy
