That has been an ongoing issue for YEARS! I had my clutch replaced 2x's under warranty because of it. I went to a motorsport clutch and an adjustable quaddrant to fix it. Some people have the problem and some do not ever! Go fiquire.
You can just tighten up the quaddrant a hair and the noise should go away. But it might be to late and the bearing can now be shot.
