I am telling you guys, just get a louder exhaust! (lol)
But seriously, I had a Ford service manager listen to mine. He said it was probably a high spot rubbing on the bearing. It could be replaced and then start doing it again anyway. Mine comes and goes, but I simply don't hear it anymore over the exhaust...really.
