Default 25-30

I looked in the "library" of an engine program that I have and there were about 25 blue Racer cams made for the 289/302 Ford. Half were hydraulic and half were mechanical lifter cams. That means it could be anyone of about a dozen grinds available for your engine. You might be able to narrow it down by measuring the valve lift and comparing it to what's available.
