i have a 65 fastback with dual exhaust. the mount for the brake line rubber hose to the axle is on the passenger side. all i need to know is if this is correct. i understand there is a difference between a single exhaust car that someone simply put dual exhaust on and a "from the factory" dual exhaust. is the fact that the mount is on the passenger side mean it is correct? i can not find any pictures of an undercarriage on the web that will show me this.

fyi, i have a bunch of mustangs but never ran into this before. turns out my 65 coupe is a single exhaust that someone stuck dual exhaust on. i can see where the rubber brake hose attached to the undercarriage on the driver side sits real close to the exhaust pipe. however i have been driving this car for 17 years and there are no burn marks on the hose. the fastback came with a factory stock 4 bbl holley and the brake line is attached to the passenger side and well away from the exhaust. so i am assuming that the car came from the factory with dual exhaust and it is in the correct place.
