![]() I have the same problem on my 88. Check the coolant temp switch, and the AC/Fan controller under the driver side dash, should be a big black relay lookin thing on the left side. That turns the fan on when the coolant switch sends the signal that the coolant temp is over a certain amount. The fan is also supposed to come on if the ac is turned on. So maybe you don't need to check the coolant switch. Just turn it on and see. If it works, it should be the coolant switch, if not. the controller might be to blame.
