Its the upper control arm bushings. Try greasing the uppers or try squirting WD-40 or simular on them if they dont have fittings. ***Look under the hood and see if someone has cut holes on the sides of the shock towers where it meets the frame rail. You can get to the grease fitting that way if they have. The spring perch likes to squeak also.
