I had recently put in some mechanical gauges -again in response to one of your posts :-) and my temp gauge was going as high as 216 - 218 (whereas my stock gauge used to happily sit near the L in NORMAL - like it was barely warm), and I saw some green slime on the side of my radiator.

I don't get it, in "NORMAL" wouldn't the "L" mean you're running hot like almost overheating?? I run anywhere from the "O" to above the "M" on my '95 GT. How is my cooling then compared to yours running on the "L"??
