You bet it can be done, may companies out there are hoping you want to do this. It can be done may ways, with the purchase of a fiberglass repro hood, or with a fiberglass scoop that has to be grafted on to the existing hood.
I just added a 2 1/2" cowl induction hood scoop to my 88 coupe. And have added scoops on various other Mustangs, a Tear Drop to a 65 Mustang scoop. S&W 6 point roll cage. 12.0 at 113 mph. 2nd time out. |
