![]() You have a situation found in many of these communities that have a Homeowner's Association. To my way of thinking, it's as bad as living in a police state. They limit your recourse and you're stuck with their decision(s).
Fortunately, I have been able to make a choice NOT to ever buy into such a community. When I buy a home, I don't want some bunch of "Do-Gooders" telling me exactly what I can and cannot do to, or with my residence. Seems like the only thing you can do, is go to the proper "Authority" in your association and find out exactly what crime you committed and how you can resolve the situation. Don't go with a bad attitude, it'll make things worse, as it sounds like the association Gods are a bunch of anal orifices. ------------------ '89 LX 5.0 - 5 speed.
