Absolutely. these mods should easily result in mid to low 14. I don't have any hands on experience with the aod but i believe if you shift it right 14's shouldn't be a problem.

You may also consider a shift light,it will help you make sure your getting to about five grand before you shift. many times I've seen slow et's as a resuly of short shifting.

Make sure you've done the usual; timing,silencer removed & so on.
