Test drove a 2001 GT

i went to galpin ford last weekend, and they are the highest selling dealership in the USA. They took me out back and they had literally 150 mustangs all lined up! there were lots of cobras, rouches, bullits, and convertibles. I asked to drive a 01 GT 5-speed with the hardtop and they asked me "what color?"

they had about 40 different 5spd mustang GTs to choose from! i grabbed a black one and took it for a spin up the 405 freeway. That thing only had 86 miles on it (the engine is so new still) but it just pushed ahead relentlessly in 5th gear at 55mph! it pulls good all up and down the powerband im about to trade in my 98 civic 5spd EX in for this stang!

there were tons of auto trannies there too believe me but i didnt even wanna touch them. auto tranny GT is like making a track star do the 100 meter dash in CRUTCHES! they defeat the purpose of a V8! might as well get the gasket-blaster 3.8

goto galpin they are in LA off the 405 at roscoe blvd. get an 01 gt 5spd!
