Damn...what an open ended question. That depends on what you want. I'd say the most popular first-time mods would be a Cat-back exhaust system and subframe connectors. And a lot of people put K&N filters on, but I really don't consider that a modification. When you're just starting out it's important to remember the acronym KISS (no, not the band). Keep It Simple Stupid. Nothing's worse than diving in head first and realizing you know nothing about what you're doing. Just build it up as you get to know more and more.
