Merc, dude, wake up. Who gives a crap if you're her boss? That automatically makes you the dominant one if you two hook up!!!
 ***** company policy on this one. Take her out this weekend...or if you wanna give it some time just tell her you're busy this weekend and ask if she wants to see a movie, hit a bar, test out your couch for durability (that one's optional), etc later.
