What I would do is tell you that it puts you in a situation because of work and you being her boss. She obviously seems awesome and you shouldn't pass up your chance. Tell her you want to go out and be friends for a bit till you work out how you can handle it with work. You can always say you met before she worked there. Just talk it out between the two of you, if you want a solution you can always find one, just try! Skyler
