I'm no mechanic, but I personally wouldn't go any higher than a 75 shot on a near stock setup. Although I have seen near-stock guys doing 100 shots, I would be tuning it and adjusting the a/f ratio with a fuel pump, 24 lb injectors, and a properly calibrated MAF.
I've seen stock guys running up to 100 shots fine, and I've also seen some nasty engine problems at the track... I'd rather be safe than sorry...
