I am by no means an expert, but I am plannig on a stroker project this winter as well . I am not very knowledgeable as far as reputable stroker parts dealers go. I could be wrong, but I think that your best bet would be to buy a complete stroker kit insted of trying to order the parts seperately. I am planning on getting the 347 kit from Coast High Performance. Im shure they probably have a 331 kit too. I dont remember what cc heads make what compression in a 331. The motor in my stang is stock except for the ram air. I advanced the timing and i am running 91 octane. Higher compression needs higher octane gas. Advacning the timing requires higher octane. Nitrous definately requires higher octane. Are you going to run a wet or dry kit?
