I must have missed the post you are referring to..
I haven't seen anyone say the LS1 is less capable than a GT or Cobra.. Most guys here have respect for the LS1. But a stock Cobra vert can beat an LS1, I did it with my 97 against a 98 camaro on the track. He was alittle anxious  . I beat him by about .4-.5. Could his car beat mine? yeah, he had a time slip where he ran a 13.5 earlier in the night, he didn't when I raced him though. Funny thing is he made sure to line up with me and we talked and everything was cool before the race, after the race he wouldn't even look my way.. was mad of something |
