Well, the thing is, for Nebraska, the games they won (11), they outscored their opponent by at least 10 points. CU lost to Fresno State, who frickin blows, and their margin of win is not near as great as Nebraska's....and Oregon LOST to Stanford, who is pretty sucky also....the ONLY Nebraska loss was to Colorado, who is now actually ranked AHEAD of Nebraska in the coach's poll.
