This permission is not given to all users.
I am not sure how Dan has it setup, but on my board, only the Admin can change the titles. I also run VBulletin. I personally do not allow users to change because of what they could type  Again, I am not sure what Dan has it set to, but I would assume that only the Admins and the Moderators are allowed to modify the titles. Ian
