If your a great driver, than I don't see why it couldn't hit a low 14 with traction. There used to be a guy around here with a 94-95 coupe (similar mods) that ran a 13.6@99 at Norwalk (100ft above sea level). This was done on road racing tires, but I'm not sure what the 60ft time was (probably a 1.9x).
