Mustang_289, I'm originally from Lynchburg VA and when I leave the military next year, I plan on going back there. My question to you is what are the current emmissions laws there? When I lived there I had a 69 Grande, so I never had to worry about it, but now with my 88 I do. I assume that you still have to get the vehicle inspected every year, but how often do you have to pass a sniff test? Where are you located in VA?
