I have sd and E303, it runs like absolute **** , the stock cam ran great

88workcar has been down the road, but he's tough to get ahold of or share advice, he's at the limit of the injectors(me2)

stay stock cam you'd be ok, fuel pressure isn't needed, that just helps mask a pump that's maxed out
