flow numbers go as follows in 28" of h20

289-302 heads

1.78 intake valve 1.48 exhaust

intake
.100-49.9 .200-91.2 .300-132.5 .400-154.5 .500-168

exhaust
.100-41 .200-71.6 .300-95.1 .400-110.7 .500-120.1 .600-124.8

They can flow much better with a mild home port. Hope this helps. Also since your compression will be raised you'll be adding about 10 hp from the point gained. Add that to the porting another 10-15 and you've got some nice numbers there.
