For your avavtar, it goes something like this, going fom memory here.

Go to User CP, then Edit options, at the bottom it says "change avatar". click yes, then u upload or use an online pic that fits in a 140 x 140 pixal size.

I hade to ceat and look, I couldn't remember it all.
