Considering that its 97% street car\3% strip, the rear end has been holding up nicely. The tranny's been doing pretty good too, but it WILL go out. I'll wind up replacing it with a built T-5 I'm sure...
I'm in the middle of a restore on an 83, so my funds are low right now for anything else, and I have a feeling that the 83 will become the strip demon and the 98 my work ride. Maybe one day I'll go all out on the 98 and put a nice rear end on it, some slicks, and pump it up to 10 or 12 lbs of boost...  But not anytime soon....
