Actually, with 1.7 rockers on the E303 cam, that will give you a .529 lift. Heres how you figure it out. .498 ( stock E cam lift ) x 1.7 ( ratio you'll be using for the cam )/ 1.6( the ratio your supossed to use )= .529
Now if you were to use the 1.72 rockers, that would give you the .535 lift. If thats the case, you should check p/v clearance just to be safe.
I think the E303 cam is a good n/a cam. What kind of idle problems are you having with it? I know my E cam liked to have an idle right around 900rpms.
