4 wheel drive is highly overrated. All wheel drive, like what's in the Subaru, will decimate just about any 4 wheel drive vehicle around. All wheel drive is superior in just about every conceivable way.

The Mustang GT isn't nearly as bad as you think. It will get you around better than a 4x4 truck if you place Blizzaks on it. For all of those who haven't run Blizzak's, or ridden along in a GT with good Blizzak's and a couple sand bags in the back, don't bother trying to argue this. I have, and let me tell you, the handling of the GT with Blizzak's is way superior, acceleration is on par, ice traction is far better, and the GT is more stable in that configuration. Now adding Blizzak's to the truck would obviously change this, but I'm talking a truck with good truck tires.

In case you're wondering, I've also been in and driven MANY 4x4 trucks. Jeep's, Ford's, Chevy's, Toyota, etc.
