You will gain a little bit of power and get better gas mileage with efi, but don't count on it for too much power. If you're just planning on replacing with stock stuff (ie, stock intake) i think it would be a waste of time, but if you are gonna go get a nice intake, and are gonna do other stuff in the future it is definently worth it.
