AWD- Automaticaly shifts all the power to the wheel(s) that have the traction. Better for use, on road.

4WD- All the wheels turn with the same speed and same time and dont turn independently. Better use, off road.

Hmm I hope i made that understandable I know what I am trying to say I just cant seem to get it into words LOL
